In the recording studio.
Today we recorded our radio advert in the radio studio. We gave Miss Harji (Who was going to be our voiceover) a script, they read it aloud and we recorded in onto Adobe Audition.

Codes and conventions of radio trailers.
- Includes extracts from the program.
- There is a voice over inter cut throughout .
- The trailer should intrigue the audience and make them want to find out more .
- The scheduling information is included at the end in the order of: title, day & time, channel.
- There is a music bed where appropriate.
- It is 30-40 seconds long.
- Sometimes includes a slogan.
- Sound affects are used.
Codes and conventions of a newspaper article. 29th November.
- The shape is an A4 landscape which is a versatile shape which can be scaled to fit many different sizes and can also be used as a billboard.
- There is one main image.
- The image should be striking and sum up the program.
- The text on the advert should include: the title, slogan and scheduling.
- The advert should also include the TV company logo.

In order to write a script for our voice over, we used the Internet to research facts on blindness which we thought would be appropriate
We had used the internet to reseach facts about being blind. It was very hard trying to find quotes about being blind but then we found this website and this quote to use as our voiceover.
Voice over:
"In the UK over 360,000 people are registered blind or visually impaired"

We had to go through our documentary and check the sound levels. Which is being shown in the picture below.
However, because there was a jump between the beginning og the documentary and the end of the other we made a little gap to let the audience know that the interview was starting. Here is a photograph to show this.
